“God marked out our appointed time in history.” Acts 17:26

Hello God’s Children,

Every time I read Acts 17:26, I get excited about the fact that before time began, God established and appointed a time for us to live on this earth, in this life.
The Holy Spirit tells us through the Apostle Paul this truth.  He said:  “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth.  He is not served by human hands as if He needed anything.  Rather, He Himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.  From one man He made all of the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and He marked out their appointed times in history, and the boundaries of their lands.  Father God did this so that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not far from any one of us.  For in Him we live and move and have our being.  We are His offspring.”  Acts 17:
We are here at this time, at this place by divine appointment.  The Lord, ‘who made the world and everything in it’, knew what would be needed, who would need it, and what our part in it would be today.   We are here not by chance, but by choice.  His choice.  We are not here to serve Him with our hands, but rather with our hearts.  He needs nothing from us, but He gives us ‘life and breath and everything else.’
Let us be ever aware of our divine appointment.  Let us be ever mindful that as we seek Him, and reach out to Him that our brothers and sisters, His offspring, will see His presence, and His love in us.  We are here to carry the Good News to this generation.  As we go about our daily work, may we realize He has given it to us to do, and we want to give Him our best.
Have a wonderful day, blessed in every way, my Brothers and Sisters in Christ. We are all from one source.  We are all one family.  May we show that love of family to every person, whether they can believe in Christ or not at this time.  He is not far from any one of us.
In His Love,
Poppa B.
