Today we celebrate Fathers. There is no higher calling for a man.
Not all men are a Father to a biological child, but all are Father figures to children in some way. We celebrate every man that follows the Way of the Lord, and brings that which is needed into the lives of the children in their lives.
Let us look unto our Heavenly Father, and celebrate Him for being Father to us all. Living as His child is the ultimate experience, and greatest blessing to be had in this life. Thank you Father!
His Word says, “It is because of the Love of our Abba Father God that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God – that is our righteousness, our holiness, our sanctification, and redemption.” 1 Corinthians 1:30
Our God is good, Always! He is Love. He has shown that love, and what it truly is through His Son, Christ Jesus. As Fathers to children in this world, no matter the age, whether biological or in some other way, let us show the love of our heavenly Father in what we say, and do. When love our children, we want to bless them with every needed thing. This is without question the greatest gift we can give.
Let us honor all men who are Fathers, or surrogate Fathers, or women who are doing the double duty of Mother and Father and say ‘THANK YOU’!!!
It is a ‘High Calling’, and a privilege to walk in. May each of us look to our Abba Father to show us the Way.
