“In Christ Jesus, we are holy and blameless in the sight of God.” Ephesians 1:4

How we see ourselves ultimately determines how we feel about ourselves.

How we feel about ourselves ultimately determines how we act, and how we live.  It determines our attitudes, our happiness, our contributions to relationships, our ability to try to be the best we can be.
If we do not feel good about ourselves, we will often try to hide how we really feel, but it will surface in ways we are not even aware of.
The answer of course is to realize that if we do not like who we are, or if we feel inferior, or if we feel unattractive, or if we feel unappreciated, or not valued, or simply not loved, is to change that image.
We do that by going to the Potter – the One who created us.  When we go to our Abba Father and confess how we see ourselves, and the way it effects us -which He already knows – and ask for His help, we will get it if we will listen, and proceed accordingly.
First of all, He is going to tell us we are listening to a liar.  The evil one will try to make us think those things about ourselves, because that is what he does.  Father will point us to the words of His Son, which tells us that the devil is a liar, and is, as a matter of fact, the father of lies. (John 8:44).  He will tell us that this evil being is a thief, and that he came to kill, steal, and destroy, and will if we allow it.  But, Jesus came that we may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:10)  A full life which is a life of peace in knowing who you really are, which brings self esteem, and worth beyond comparison.  A life which brings provision for your every need, along with great health, and great happiness.
Father is going to tell you to check out the Word.  Look at hundreds of verses that tell you who you really are in Christ Jesus. Like:  “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed  us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.  For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight.”(Ephesians 1:3-4)  Amen. Thank you, Father.
Since we are holy and blameless in the sight of God, who are we to think we are not. Since He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms, how can we see anything when we look in the mirror except a child of God who as been blessed with everything Christ Himself has.  When we meditate and continue to meditate upon that truth, we are going to come to a point when we say, “I GET IT!!!!!”
As someone said, “GOD DON”T MAKE NO JUNK”.  Let us stop listening to Lies, and listen to the Truth, and step into the kingdom of God here on earth.  That is when we see who we really are. That is when we step into the real Light, and out of the darkness of doubt.
You are So loved, and blessed, and favored, sweet children of God.  Live this life like God wants it for you.  Jesus came so that we could.  We get to decide if we will do it His way, or believe lies. Believe God.
Love you all,
Poppa B.
