“When they did.” John 21:6

We continue our study of the Gospel of John.  However, there are strange things happening right now with this thing called the CoronaVirus coming into so many parts of the world.  It seems stronger each day with many people dying from it, and many so sick they may die.  With many businesses closing because people are ordered off the streets, and told not to congregate in an effort to help control the spread of this disease, we certainly have our attentions pulled away.  But it is vital that we keep our focus on the Lord Jesus.  He came to this world to set us free from things such as this, and that He did.  Let us walk in the truth of what He did, and know this is what He still does. The Word says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.”  (Hebrews 13:8)

Picking up at verse one of Chapter 21, the Apostle writes:  “Afterward Jesus appeared again to His disciples, by the Sea of Galilee.  It happened this way.  Simon Peter, Thomas, (also known as Didymus), Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were together.  ‘I am going out to fish,’ Simon Peter told them, and they said, ‘We will go with you.’  So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing.  Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus. He called out to them, ‘Friends, haven’t you any fish?’  ‘No,’ they answered.  He said, ‘Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.’  When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.” (John 21: 1-6)
Jesus is Lord over all things.  He knows all things.  He knows what we are doing, and what we need to do to be successful in this life.  To live above worry, and anxiety in this world.
The World is in chaos over this virus, and the effects of it.  It is indeed devastating to those who are leaning on themselves, and the knowledge of mankind to stop the spread of this enemy.   As of today, there are over 300,000 reported cases, and over 13,000 deaths worldwide, and the numbers are growing daily.  There are many solutions being looked at around the globe to stop this pandemic, but at this point, no solution has been declared.
There is no doubt the Lord will reveal to someone, or someones, what we need to do to stop this epidemic.  When, and how is not revealed at this point, but the main thing in the meantime to do is listen to Him. Jesus said,  “Father, knows our every need”. The Word says, “The Battle is His as we look to Him in faith..” He said, “Seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all things we have need of will be given. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself.   Each day has enough trouble of its own.”  (Matthew 6: 32-34)
So let us listen to what is being shown to those who need to know, and do our best to adhere to what is being given to us.  But most importantly, first thing in the morning, and throughout the day, let us pray and  “seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,” and trust Him to bring good purpose out of all of this.  He said, “Don’t be afraid, just believe.”  (Mark 5:36) Just do what needs to be done today.  Let us Sing and show our hearts and souls and minds as we walk in faith in our Savior, Christ Jesus, that we believe in His unconditional Love, and we trust Him to give us what is needed. Let us walk in the faith that It shall be ours in the time He has set.  Peace, and well being is what He came to give.  Peace, and well being is ours in Him.  We are dearly loved,?
