You, O Lord, keep my lamp burning. Psalm 18:28

Hello my Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus.

We are given life on this earth to learn and grow.  So often we are deceived into thinking we have to learn everything the hard way.  That is simply a lie of the evil one who tries to steal our joy of being a child of God.
Granted, there are storms that we will go through, and the darkness that comes with them, but we learn and grow as we realize we are not alone in the darkness, and that the light comes as we turn up the lamp through faith in Christ.  That is knowledge. That is growth.
The living Word speaks to us, and says:
“You, O Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.  With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall.
As for God, His way is perfect; the Word of the Lord is flawless.  He is a shield for all who take refuge in Him.  For who is God besides the Lord?  And who is the Rock except our God?
It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.
The Lord lives!  Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted be God, my Savior!”
Psalm 18: 28-32, 46
If the evil one can get us to put our mind on how dark it seems, he can have us stumbling around and getting lost in the darkness of a situation.  Let us never be deceived by his lies.
When we pick up the Word each day, and open our mind and hearts to it, the Light comes on the situation as we believe.
Please take a minute, and re-read the Word as stated above. WOW!  AWESOME!
As we believe and receive these words into our heart, we see what solid ground we are on, and exactly where the light is.
Father does not want us to have to learn the hard way.  He keeps the lamp burning through the never ending oil of the Holy Spirit to show us His way.  His way is love through Christ Jesus, our Lord.  He is the Light of the world.
Let us receive His love, and His light, and His abundant provision.  The Word tells us, “It is God who arms us with strength and makes our way perfect”.  Psalm 18:32
Let us receive encouragement and comfort from the Word of the Lord who blesses us greatly, who favors us highly, and who loves us deeply.
I love you, my Friends.  Have a perfect day as you walk in His light, His strength, and His perfection, God’s Beloveds.
