Jesus said clearly, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in Me.” John 14

I can’t get enough of John 14! Jesus starts it with “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in Me.” Why was He always wanting people to believe in Him? He’s speaking to his disciples here and wants to make sure they understand that He and God are one in the same. It’s important because it points the way to the divinity of all men. We are mortal, yes, but born of the same Creator Jesus was, and He wants us to see that believing that about Him and imitating the way He loved people while He was here is the way to understanding God and His love for us.
This was the biggest point Jesus was trying to drive home when He went on to tell his guys, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you really know Me, you will know my Father as well. From now on you do know him and have seen Him.”
When we believe these beautiful words spoken by our wonderful Savior, believe that our Heavenly Father embodied Christ Jesus in the flesh to come and save those of us who will believe and accept Him as God and Savior, then we believe the Gospel of Love. Jesus’ life is the ultimate example of the amazing love of our wonderful beautiful Father and just how far our “Daddy of Love” will go for us. How far we should be willing to go for one another.
When Jesus says He is the only way to God, some people may argue that this way is too narrow. Instead of worrying about how limited it sounds to have only one way, we should be saying, “Thank You, God, for providing A SURE WAY to get to You.”
As the Way, Jesus is our path to the Father. We need only look to every step He took as our example. As the Truth, He is the fruition of all God’s promises to the ancients. Prophecy fulfilled so that we might be able to more easily believe and develop the faith that is crucial for our evolution as individuals and as a species. As the Life, He joins His divine Spirit to ours, both now and eternally, allowing us to step into the oneness that is God and ALL He has birthed into existence. Spirit teaches us how to become a healthy part of that huge “whole.” How to play our part. And all of it combined is how Jesus is, in truth, the ONLY living Way to the Father. God wants us to succeed in understanding and accepting who we are. Jesus is our beautiful blueprint. 💚🙏🌟💚
The latest from Ukraine: The projection is that Russia is about to take full control of a key city.  The Ukraine military is pulling back because of the constant shelling. Please continue to pray for the Ukraine military as they fight a horrible senseless foe. May they be given the ability to hold on to their country that has been under attack for over 100 days now. Please pray for and do what you can for the millions that are homeless now because of what has gone on thus far. And for the thousands that have been harmed and have died. We know without question our God of Love is with those who call out to Him for His mercy and love to help those so greatly in need.
