Speak Blessings

Word speaks of ‘spoken blessings’ from Genesis to  Revelation.  It tells us “God made man in His own image, male and female, He blessed them and ‘said to them’, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it.  Rule over the fish of he sea and birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”  (Genesis 1: 27-28)  God ‘spoke’ blessings upon them.

Isaac spoke blessings, though it be not on the son he thought it was, he spoke this blessing, “May God give you of heaven’s dew, and of earth’s richness- an abundance of grain and new wine.”  Speaking many other blessings he concluded with “May those who curse you be cursed and those who bless you be blessed.”  (Genesis 27: 28-29)  Man spoke blessings upon man.  So can we. So should we.
The Bible tells us in scripture after scripture how important what we say is to ourselves, and to those in our lives. (Proverbs 10:21) says, “The lips of the righteous nourish many, but fools die for lack of judgment.”  The lips of the righteous, and we are all righteous in Christ Jesus, should speak what ever is needed upon the many i.e., yourselves, those you love, your wives, husbands, children, grandchildren, every member of your family, your sweethearts, your friends, those you work with, those you like, those you do not like – the many.
God the Father spoke blessings, Jesus spoke blessings, the Holy Spirit speaks through us;  that is prosperity, and well being in every area of our life.  Spiritual, physical, mental.  Body soul and spirit. Every need met, nothing missing, nothing broken, peace and relationship with Him and others, blessed to be a blessing, blessings. The Word says, (Proverbs 10:22) “The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, and He adds no trouble to it.” He,brings perfect health, and divine wealth.  We can call these things upon us, and upon others with our words of blessing.  Yet so often we are saying things to each other, and about others that brings anything but blessings.  As the Word said, we are foolish to do that.  Instead of speaking life, health, and prosperity, we are speaking doubt, fear of what might happen or go wrong, frustration that something is not going right, and not going to go right,  anxious about life to the point of making ourselves ill, and wide open to the enemy.
Let us use wisdom, and decide to speak blessings.  What a privilege to do so.  In addition to the Bible, there are books and materials available on the internet and in Stores that will help teach how to prepare and speak blessings if you need help getting started.  Speaking blessings can change your life, and the life of others.  Speak Blessings!
“The Lord said to Moses, tell Aaron and his sons, ‘This is how you are to bless the children of God.  Say to them (SAY to them) The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.”  So they will put my name on my children, and I will bless them.”  Numbers 6:22-27
You are blessed, God’s Beloveds. Speak blessings.  Call them forth.
